Stage 1: Colour Balance - Sepia
Stage 2: Filter - Artistic - Dry Brush &Text
I wanted to aheive a 'sepia' look to this image, so I altered the Colour balance by decreasing the amount of red. Then I added the artistic filter 'Dry Brush' to make the image look like it was painted. Finaly I added the text.
